Traffic Light System
The rules are:
Use 80% or more from the GREEN sections (use more from the green 1 section) and 20% or less from the AMBER section.
Use very little of the RED section! And NONE from the toxic items.
The higher up on the list, the higher the Ca:P ratio. This is purely for you to make ‘A Staple Mush’ the rest of the diet remains unchanged.

Avoid onion and anything from the onion family, while it's not dangerously toxic, it can cause a type of Anemia called Heinz Body Anemia.
