Turkey Burgers/Balls

250g Turkey Mince 

200g Grated Fruit & Veg

Carrot, Butternut Squash & Apple 

1 Egg

 

You can mix it up and change the 'Fruit & Veg' ingredients if you wish and even a small amount of grated cheese.

Mix all together and add the egg,

Roll into small balls or burger shapes and place onto a tray with baking paper on,

You want the burgers tablespoon size.

Cook at around 160-180 degrees until cooked. (around 20minutes)

Cooking times will vary depending on your oven and the size of the burgers, so keep a close eye on them when trying to recipe out for the first few times.
